the weight off in the long term! The body recognises that it’s being
deprived of food and compensates by slowing the metabolism down.
Once you reach your target weight and start to eat more normally again - the body stores more fat than it did to start with as a safety mechanism - this becomes a Catch-22 and you end up weighing more than you did to start with! Your brain is like a computer that needs reprogramming.
