IMPORTANT If you have not already done so, please ensure that you have read the information on the Am I ready to use the Lightning Process in my life? page before you download the Phil Parker Lightning Process Application Form.   To apply for a place on the Lightning Process training programme, please download the Application Form then print it off, fill it in, and return it to us by post.        The Application Form is in PDF format (file size 222KB).  You will need Adobe Reader in order to   successfully open the file on your computer.  If you do not have Adobe Reader installed, you can   download it FREE by clicking on the icon on the left, and following the instructions.     Once we have received your application, we will contact you to discuss your suitability to take the training before we offer you a place on the Lightning Process training programme. Not everyone who fills in a Lightning Process Application Form is accepted - if we feel you are not ready to take the training yet we will ask you to do some more preparation before talking to you again.
